WHAT IS PDCA CYCLE?
The PDCA Cycle can be used to effect both major performance breakthrouggs as well as small incremental imprevements in projects and processes. It is also known as the Deming wheel or Shewhart cycle.
Step 1 : PLAN
Create a process improvement plan.
Step 2: DO
Execute a process improvement plan.
Step 3: CHECK
Integrate a process impreovement plan into the system.
Step 4: ACT
Inspect feedback and adjust plan accordingly.
